On 28th April 2010 Grand Master Den Butler was awarded life membership to the AJJIF

Genshin Kai Senior Instructor Master Les Davies 5th Dan, will be holding grappling and fighting workshops

on Saturday 1st May 2010 and Saturday 29th May 2010 both starting at 10 am and ending at 12pm.

Each workshop fee is £8.50

Both workshops will be held at the Bristol Bu Jutsu Dojo located at

On Friday 26th March Paul and Mike from Bu-Jutsu Swindon were graded at the

Melksham Dojo by Master Les Davies and were both awarded their

Green Belts, congratulations from all at Genshin Kai.

Six week course starting Thursday 11th March 7pm until 8.30pm, light loose clothing.

The course will be dealing with ` how to get away from a person who has grabbed you`.

and how to get away` when being choked or strangled`

the guidance of Grand Master Den Butler 8th Dan, also on the grading panel were

Mike Hudd 2nd Dan and Sensei Josh Smith 3rd Dan

A special presentation of Honorary Black Belt was presented to Mr Ralph Arlett

without whom Staverton Ju-Jitsu would not have got off the ground.

Four students who missed their grading in January (due to holidays) passed their grading

at the Melksham Dojo on Friday 19th February 2010

MATTIE MANTAY was awarded 3rd Kyu, purple/2 white stripes

MILES MANTAY was awarded 3rd Kyu, Purple/2 white stipes

LUCY DIGGINS was awarded 1st Kyu, Brown Belt/Black stripe
